What We Do

CARE

WE TALOR OUR CARE TO YOUR NEEDS.

In 1993, after our Founder Teri Moran lost her two year old son, Connor, to cancer, we began serving Palm Beach County as a 501c3, non-profit organization, dedicated to restoring the quality of life, strengthening and stabilizing families affected by cancer or another life changing illness, by embracing the whole family with CARE!

Thirty plus years later, we continue that mission by offering case management to help you navigate the heath care system, and apply for assistance you may be eligible for. In addition, we assist with hospital discharge to assure you have the help and referrals needed for continued care, assisted living, long term care, and even end of life. Gas and food cards can be provided, as well as access to our non-perishable food bank. Financial assistance is available for at risk accounts, specifically utilities and housing. We also offer annual educational options/scholarships for high school students who are at risk of graduating.

All designed to help you get back to your new normal, when faced with a life changing illness, and the financial and emotional hardships the uncertainty of that diagnosis can bring.
